Same age, same feelings. I refuse to spend 4 yrs, or even 4 minutes, of my remaining lifespan anxious, stressed, sleepless, panicky. Once was too much already. I'm taking back my power and I'm going to spend my time doing what makes me happy.

Me too. At 72 I’ve changed my news consumption to keep my health. All news has to be filtered through comedy (Daily Show, Kimmel), a trusted podcaster (MTN) or BSky. I stay away from MAGA voters etc. I don’t want the shock of what this Admin plans to do to throw me off. Anyone feel the same?
