National media continues to spin the reasons Democrats can’t win in rural spaces.
Democrats aren’t here doing the work. They come in every four years for six weeks and then pack up until the next cycle.
Come back to rural America. Stay even after the election. Put up a fight. Contest every seat.

Organizing within and across communities is the future if we ever want to see an America that is as vibrant as we want it to be.
They fail to do this most of all in rural areas. Looking down on voters and writing them off as ignorant hicks... doesn't win votes.
So different now.
Rush Limbaugh
Bill O’Reilly
Derry Brownfield,
These people did a lot of damage in Missouri
Also have you been following the Agape school situation?
Rapport with Trump is not direct but the message associated with MAGA correlates well where rural America has lost and been passed by.
The biggest bloc Democrats can tap is rural America.
Enough to make the difference between victory and defeat in several of the battleground states.
A three percent increase in rural votes can influence the outcome of presidential election…

You want to know why?
White supremacy is the most potent drug in there.

Such a missed opportunity for decades. Almost like the dems don’t WANT to grow their base and win more elections and actually implement progressive policies.
In 2021-2022 our county chair was inactive and I, who was Independent at the time but doing the work was asked to join the party and be chair. I did.
And, the brand messaging they deliver when they do show up, sucks. Hopefully, this time around, the beating they took will sink in and they'll do something about it.
GRASSROOTS pro-democracy activists ARE in rural elections.
Republicans don't say "flyover states." They say "yes, you do matter and the Dems do think they're better than you!" To which Dems say "yes, we do."
How many times did Harris or Walz go to the flyover states in the last campaign? What effort did they make at all, even in abstentia?
Democrats need to follow Howard Dean’s model of campaigning.

If not, her, someone else. But start now and be unrelenting.
Building trust takes more than pit stops; it’s about year-round work to build lots of bridges on every road.
I am a blue dot in an overwhelmingly red rural area of a blue state.
I've worked on 2 state rep/sen campaigns & each time it's bc we didn't want entrenched GOP to be uncontested.
Of course we lost...but we had engagement, conversations. We went "boop" to the unchallenged narrative.
2. They get ALL their news feed feom Fox and Sinclair
Fix 2 and you get a boost with 1
Or do you think the act of showing up would take steps towards improving the brand?
We need to get billionaires out.
AT LEAST *TRY*
But I helped flip NY-19 in 2018 and I continue to admire upstate Dems who refuse to give up on whole counties
Example - orange buffoon tariff proposal = “National Sales Tax!”
Why? How? Was not explained properly.

Thanks for what you do.
That’s what we do.
It's time for new blood or a new party.
Hit me up for some $$ when you file to run.
Simple messages. More Dems taking like Walz would help.
