I the early 80s I was a board operator at a radio station that carried Brewer games. Bob and Merle Harmon were such a great announcing team. I fell in love with baseball.
Itβs especially poignant that by his own design, he painted himself as a Rodney Dangerfield lovable loserβ¦and wound up seeing the last game he called with his beloved Brewers blowing it in the 9th inning of a decisive game.
