When I came out as bi to my mom (at 15), she said, “don’t you need a man to make you feel safe?” I was so hurt.
When I told my mom at 29 that my previous relationship was abusive and sunk me into a hole of drug addiction, she said “I can’t believe you let a boy do that to you.”

It was painfully obvious.
Like lady, there’s no repairing *I* have to do. *You’re* the one that broke everything by treating me like shit and beat me while I was down asking for help, asking for a mom.
In fact, she rubbed her support for my stepsister in my face. Shit was wild.
My gay stepsister and I have a great relationship fwiw lol
