Random thought. There's nothing particularly unique about the existential desperation to be unique. We are all the same, and we are all unique. Even cutting-edge science has trouble figuring out if your perception of red is my perception of red, etc. Personal experience and perception make us unique

Of course, the crowd is made of individuals too. Like snowflakes, we are all unique but look the same when grouped.
