Just watched the first episode after seeing this post, I was not disappointed. Bloody hell.

Much later on, they pop to London for a couple of totally unnecessary episodes (No spoilers in this, as it makes zero sense) but it’s so good otherwise, it didn’t even throw me of.

I bought it ages ago on Apple and never got round to watching it. Started a few weeks ago and now onto season 2. It’s bloody fantastic. Probably not the best thing for the Italian tourist department.
