Not that you need some rando's permission, but I wish you luck. I very much approve of an increase in media based on recognizing the exploitation that Africans and African-Americans have suffered.

Just please don't skip any relevant "black-on-black" exploitation. It happened, and it shouldn't have.

To be fair, I recognize most of that happened in Africa itself due to the tribal dynamics that existed then, and that sadly most exploitation was by rich white assholes who were even racist against the Irish, Jews and the Chinese.

But most white people today won't willingly let slavery return.

Basically, there's a lot of people who will be on your side as long as you state facts spiced with genuine opinion. I want this to succeed, I'm just not some diversity hound. People need to see the pain inflicted for themselves, how truly awful the treatment was, but beyond that...
