So the UK Supreme Court decided the M or F on the birth certificate registered by parents soon after a baby's birth is "biological."

Rarely is what they claim to be "common sense" either common (among people) nor does it make any sense logically or humanely.
And yeah the in/out thing is simple for them to grasp
not woman = man
not man & not woman = ???
They insist that it's binary, but point out the implications of that notion, and they get offended.
