Deep fried chicken strips today. I took a frozen whole bone in chicken out of the freezer to defrost & air-fry when I come home; then left to work

Only to return & realize it’s seasoned strips. so I did the regular triple breading station & deep fried them

They were almost restaurant quality 👩‍🍳
