Deep fried chicken strips today. I took a frozen whole bone in chicken out of the freezer to defrost & air-fry when I come home; then left to work Only to return & realize it’s seasoned strips. so I did the regular triple breading station & deep fried them They were almost restaurant quality 👩‍🍳

Made the corn flakes covered chicken strips. They turned out a lot better than expected. Next time I’ll make sure to evenly crunch the flakes bec some pieces were big. Marinated the 🐓 in salt pepper garlic P onion P & paprika, coat in egg wash, then flakes, air fry for ~15 mins. That’s it 10/10
