You’re a gem!
Gelernt: To be clear, we are not seeking a class for the whole group, just the two subclasses.
Judge: then let's call them two classes. Similarly, the named plaintiffs are no longer part of the class?
Gelernt: right 4/
Gelernt: We're talking about future detainees and their 12 hour notice. 5/
Gorski: Braden is different because Braden was challenging future confinement.
Judge: but these folks are not going to be detained in DC, fair? 7/
The rest of me wonders if I should have gone to Law School so I can understand it.
I don’t expect those firms will find many law school recruits who will want to “defend” drumpf or his administration in cases that are ethically & morally deficient
They are gonna be stuck with shysters
I also have to thank the ACLU for standing up to this regime
I will be reallocating my donations to include the ACLU
Step 2: Ride it out while committing atrocities that benefit only the Trump family.
(Boasberg is, pretty remarkably, staying even-keeled…)
