When I was in Jersey, I lived alone and did an absentee ballot, dropped it off and had one of the workers sign as a witness….that was in 2016.

My revised plan is to go to the Holgate library when they’re open, and drop it in their standalone box inside, not the book return slot. It’s unacceptable that we have to scheme like this to avoid domestic terrorism and voter intimidation.

Downloaded a .pdf replacement ballot and replacement ballot package (signature page and envelope page) and emailed it to my daughter at WSU. It is in her hands now. She'll have to go to the print center to print it and then the campus post office to get an envelope and mail it.

Update. Seems this story has gone national. My daughter told her HS journalism teacher who knows a local TV reporter and now they want to do a zoom TV interview with her from her dorm room talking about how they tried to steal her vote but she wasn't going to be stopped.

So I guess that is cool.
