Yup. It's a biproduct of all of our oil & gas production in Alberta and Northern BC. Guessing most of it is going to China.

And I found out one of the guys at my 30th reunion drives the trains down at those sulfur piles, I forgot to confirm with him they're export. I know, important details, I'm a disappointment.
