maybe all those "haters of woke" I keep hearing about but have not seen ( bless bluesky, i guess ), will actually play it to the end and realise how crutial ciri is
I'm not hearing anything bad about Witcher 4 outside of the same spaces that didn't say anything about Warhammer 40K until they did and then they stopped talking about it to talk about something else that they had never talked about before until they stop talking about that to talk about witcher4
Nah. I don't let social media dictate what I will and will not play. I got sparking zero to pour a couple hundred more hours into before moving onto the next game to obsessively pour 100's of hours in.
100%. I never finished the Blood and Wine DLC because I had spent like 200 hours playing the game at that point and I had just burned out so completely. Now seems the perfect time to return!
Way ahead of y'all, been playing it for a couple months now. This is a loooong-ass game! I'm 300 hours in and the end is nowhere in sight. And that's not counting the DLCs. I love the game, it's spectacular on every level, but holy crap it just won't end!
I started the game like four or five times and I never get beyond three hours. I dunno why. On paper the game is perfect for me, but when I play it ...
I guess I should have clarified since I knew they had announced them, I hope they actually come out and aren’t cancelled…and that they are actually good. I tried so hard to play the first one and I was shocked that it got 2 sequels when I was playing it.
It's almost panderingbto make witcher4 anyway. Not to sound gatekeepery but honestly the games aren't great and if Cavill wasn't a sexy beast nobody would care about the franchise atm. Love the books tho...
Yeah, I'll restart, get two hours again, then get to the quest of the guy who was hanged for being gay then remember: oh yeah, this game isn't for people like me
I joked with my wife when watching the W4 trailer that there'll be an article this week or next saying there's been a 300% or something jump in concurrent W3 players. I am one of them.
I actually prefer the Switch version as the graphics seem like drawings and not CGI. Whenever I see the PS4 version it looks like a videogame, Switch's much underpowered version looks like hand drawn animation.
I like it quite a bit so far, the way dialogue scenes are directed is so good. there's a lot of cuts to the characters reactions during someone else's lines which you don't get to see in a whole lot of RPGs. really love the vibe of the world too
I feel like witcher 3 Is a Great game with meh combat. I love everything except having to actually fight something which devolves into light attacks plus dodges.
No actually. I absolutely loved the game but I rarely if ever replay games. BG3 might be the first ever I will replay and that's mostly because I want to play it with my wife.
Definitely have to replay at least 3 before Witcher 4 comes out. Maybe Witcher 1 and 2 as well. They were way more janky, but I still enjoyed them at the time.
I wish! It genuinely looks like a game I would love, but every time I've tried to pick it up and play it, it just doesn't grab me. I've watched some wonderful playthroughs by other people though!

Play for the 1st time...
Turns out the woke mind virus is just everyone replaying The Witcher 3 again simultaneously
Re bought it on my Steam Deck a while ago and it’s between starting that again or Fallout 4 for the first time.

Who I am kidding, yes.
Stuff can carry over from Witcher 1 and 2 to the 3rd game too....this might be a lot of Witching
Going all out with the ambiance this time.
I feel so dumb for waiting so long.
And yes, Brit, we all did.
