Honest question - How is it even possible that any federal computers still allow data to be downloaded to external hard drives or thumb drives??? This capability was removed in financial services firms at least a decade ago!

Where I’ve worked, data downloads via those ports have been disabled hence the question. We tended to lose data by someone emailing it to their personal address - the good old fashioned way. 😂

Not sure if they were using Microsoft servers to run AI programs in Treasury like they are in other departments, but send a team there too to scrub everything. Visibly walk servers out so the public can see it being done. Trust in everything took a body blow in this country this week.

So weird that she even allowed "read only" access, though. Even the guy that quit. Like fuck em. We need to see where they have been and what they've done. They all need to be in jail.
