Time to both read Parable of the Talents?
Right now dealing with drought and daily brush fires reminds me of certain scenes in the book.
I remember thinking how on point Butler was, especially the environmental issues.
To me it is one of the scarier dystopian novels because I can see how we could get from the present to that type of world.
I've been reading historical fiction about the War of the Roses and the rise of the Tudors... I have to have some escapism from the daily Trump-induced horrors that have already begun and are only going to get worse
We're living through such a moment now.
