✅ has also pretty obviously never been on a leash but he wants to go where we go, so he’s picking up on that too

That appears to be am excellent dog. We are a four cat condo and don't do dogs but sometimes I wonder (you can thank the dead ringer for Lassie that attacked me as a kid for my dog hesitance!)
Going to try and get some better pictures of him, and we’ll hopefully have him up on the adoption section of the ABTCR website here in the next couple days. If you’re interested in taking him home or know somebody who is, holler 🙏🏻
Additional important details for potential adopters!
Duke has been neutered, is heartworm negative, and is up to date on all his shots as of yesterday. The rescue covers all that, and we’ll also be getting him microchipped this week.
So we live in the woods which kind of makes it hard to tell, but he does not bark at the doorbell so far. He been in a couple public places so far (a middle school, bass pro shop), and doesn’t seem to be agitated around strangers.
