They have no problem with wind or snow. Light rains? No problem. When the big Patagonian rains come, especially if it is going to be all day or multiple days, we don’t give them a choice. To the barn you go.

Huh, that's a cool behavior. Figurative or literal, as in under trees or out in the open? The night skies in the region were some of the most incredible I've seen. Wonder how many other species emotionally enjoy it to whatever extent, whether contemplating the night sky or simply being calmed by it.
Any predators during the night, or the day? Are your two dogs enough to repell predators? Here on Canada we had many death by coyotes. Even with guard lamas and donkeys.
We have pumas, foxes, & wild boar in the Azul Valley. We lost a few sheep to pumas before Tara arrived, but none since. The foxes occasionally sneak in to attack the chickens, but not the bigger animals. If the 3 dogs perceive movement at night they run towards it barking. That scares intruders off.
