You’re kidding right? She blew off a meeting with him while he waited in a conference room in the building. He stood patiently by waiting to ask questions. Then the lies she was spewing were too much to take and he asked a question. Perhaps you should watch the whole video

I choose door #1 “He’s that dumb that he doesn’t know what per capita means”. Though both things can be true and his constituents don’t know either. @gtconway.bsky.social , this is why they are against you, you use such big tricky words! 😁

The good news is in America you are free to post/say stupid stuff like this because of the First Amendment. However it would be appreciated if you took just a peek outside your echo chamber and use critical thinking to examine the facts. No echo chamber faux facts.

It’s not just an International departure, it’s a complete f’ing disaster!! A level of incompetence that we’ve never seen before and hopefully never again!

Apparently the “flood the zone” theory is working. Everyday there is so many bad things that happen to our country it’s impossible to keep up. They bury these items deep in a bill that gets reviewed at 1am. It’s disgusting!

Oh this administration has its foot firmly planted on the accelerator of decline! So maddening and sad to see.

I have to believe we can someday get back to norms, the alternative is unthinkable. I don’t want to live a fascist country. The current system clearly wasn’t working for our country. Perhaps we can come up with a solution that works for those of us in the middle.

This is why we need to only support future candidates that are willing to write laws regarding campaign finance and eliminate Citizens United. It has to be a central theme in the rebuild after this administration dismantles our government

A well educated electorate is detrimental to their ability to get elected and their way of life. They don’t need smart people in this country. They need worker bees, that will work for low wages.

And you know this how?? Clearly you have ever lost anyone to cancer or you would have some empathy, though your MAGA so clearly, you lack empathy as well as critical thinking skills

Completely agree. I don’t know if Hegseth asked for the honor or they chose him, either way it shows where NASCAR loyalties lie. Not a smart move if you’re looking for more not less viewership.

It would also help if this administration spent some time doing work versus trying to get TV time that cost us millions of dollars every time they show up at a sporting event. NASCAR is clearly choosing the right. If they want this to be more southern sport, they will end this political BS
comment in response to

For a sport that is supposed to be a representative of the average American, it’s unthinkable that they chose Pete Hegseth as the Grand Marshall. NASCAR clearly leans right and has lost me a life long fan. A smarter choice would be non-political vs an incompetent leader of our military. #NASCAR

He wants WalMart to eat the tariffs, any we wonder why he bankrupted 6 companies? What a loser. He lies like the rest of us breathe, without thinking about it.

Exactly right! The older Dems are trying to play by the old rules that include decorum and follow procedures. All of that is blown up by this administration, we need representatives that will go toe to toe with MAGA or we lose the messaging race.

When it gets me is when people tell you to give more than 100%. For example, they will tell you they agree with you 1000%. You can’t agree more than 100% once with the effort or caring more than that?

Saving pennies to give millions of $ to billionaires. This administration is anything but pro life!

One word “entitlements”. The Dems focus on trying to build a government that serves all, which sounds expensive. Cutting taxes sounds like a good deal. Too many voters lack critical thinking skills to understand the moving parts. Dems message is too sophisticated compared to MAGA, in this case. IMO

No kidding, I can hear the wind up now! I’m betting that BS Barbie can’t wait to tell us all about Biden screwed it up. The Sunday shows will be full of it.
I’m sure the additional $4 trillion in additional debt that accompanies the big beautiful package didn’t help.

Wow! That one hits home. How sad that sentiment is true? As a country we need to get back to being a moral country with empathy.
All of this talk about Making America Great Again, check out the tax rate of the rich back when America was “great”. We need to get back to that again, I agree

Here is what I meant -
A meritocracy is a system where people are judged and rewarded based on their abilities, talent, and effort, rather than their background or social status. It's a society where hard work and intelligence, not wealth or privilege, should determine success.

They didn’t even want the plane. It’s a POS that they can’t sell, and they needed a stooge to step in and take it off their hands. And yes, they will get something in return

I still think something is fishy in NC. Too many down ballots for the Dems with too many votes just for President, smells like Musk to me!

What happened a meritocracy where people are hired based on merit? These hires are strictly from central casting and have a loyalty for anything. The president would like to do. The hypocrisy within this administration is astonishing.

I certainly hope you’re right. I agree that we’re starting to see the public stand up in the form of protests, but the Dems are far too quiet (with one or two exceptions) and most of the Republicans are staring at their feet.
But I’m glad you feel it, I hope too as well…just not there yet.

The challenge is “Corruption” sells better than “Fair Elections”. The key is breaking into the Fox echo chamber who lies without remorse. Though Trump is doing his best to hire them all for his cabinet.

He can do it in plain view because it doesn’t matter! SCOTUS has already rules he (President) can’t be held accountable. Any of his accomplices (eg Bondi, Noem, Miller) will never be accountable as they will receive pardons if needed

The biggest joke of all is how are the Republicans are spinning it. They’re suggesting he’s so rich. He doesn’t need the money so he can’t be bought with favors. I understand they need to support their own but at what point. Do they lose their ability to look at themselves in the mirror?

Agreed, as an old white guy, we need to get the old guys out of Congress. There are a ton of good choices, but we need someone to stand for something more than just congressional procedures. That game is long gone!

YES! Focus on how deranged the current President is…every news station should be reading his comments verbatim. They are nearly incomprehensible once he starts to riff. Every news cast should start with “Their eating the dogs and cats”. The man is an idiot and it should be pointed out consistently

I couldn’t agree more. My son’s high school picture with three of his friends has two ACL and a rotator cuff injury out of four boys. They all played year round sports with trainers at home.
Luckily my son wasn’t one of them and is now an engineer. The other 3 who were pushed so hard by coaches

So I guess the real question is, if he’s not really an employee of the government does he have to turn over information, or is that just if you’re part of the federal government? I agree with the other comments however it’ll just never happen.

No way the Warriors could’ve rested Steph tonight. We just have to wait and see how serious this injury is. He was moving pretty good, so perhaps it’s not as bad as we’re thinking.
