I agree that 17 should be retired. Letting Jack have 10 was a mistake but then so was 21 for Torres. You give a man a statue should mean no one gets your shirt.

He may well turn out to be too expensive but would still like to see a proper right back. When we got Walker he upped our quality as a team by a huge amount.

No team is perfect and Nunes has proven to be a workable backup solution. But he's not at the level of someone like Livramento. Real full backs shouldn't be classed as a luxury.

To be clear. I'd take anyone who will do a take on at the moment. Losing KdB means we need a risk taker who can back it up with skills. Our team isn't rubbish but from the UCL final there are 5 players who should no longer get in the starting 11 and our bench isn't quite as strong.
