🚨Heard about this earlier today; ICE is expanding to arrests at ATD (alternatives to detention) case management check-ins. Dozens of people got texts to show up weeks in advance of their normal check-in, and ended up detained. Three women let go were told to come back tomorrow with their kids.

The White House's stated intent to use expedited removal for this guy's family is flatly ILLEGAL. By law, expedited removal ONLY applies to people not admitted at a port of entry, or here without having been "admitted or paroled" into the US. But his family was admitted at an airport on visas!
