You started by saying the OP, who argued for peaceful protest, was "giving up," then, if I follow you, that the threat, tho not the completion of violence is necessary. Your increasing use of insults rather than evidence and clarification suggests this is going nowhere. Muting.

Sources supporting your claim that the threat of violent protest has been the only effective answer to facism. That seems to be what you are arguing for. If it isn't then feel free to restate your claim, then provide sources. Where am I asking you to prove a negative?

Feel free to stop if this is just a game to you. If you can foster enough fear of casualties, you will see escalation. Even without actual violence. Look at Portland during BLM. Property damage led to an armed response...and the loss of local businesses. That's it.

I guess 1933 is a reference to the rise of the Nazis? If it is, then you have an odd account of how the Nazis were stopped by citizens engaging in violent protest.

I never mentioned cop casualties. You raised the threat of casualties against govt officials.

Then give your sources.

The Black Panthers achieved change by serving kids breakfast, opening a school, offering classes for community members. Here's one account. Choose your own if you don't like the guardian.

How are you planning to bring about those casualties without wiping out those on your side?

Peaceful protests, have taken a lot more than months, even when focused on one goal, not several at once. Property destruction has not been a starting point or part of a strategic approach. Armed escorts (when used at all) came once the govt was on the side of change. Numbers = power.

As for civil disobedience, we've got a solid record of success, such as ending segregation and women's suffrage. Numbers are key, not violence.

The late U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was used as a cudgel against the Trump administration by a skeptical appellate court judge during oral arguments in a case about President Donald Trump‘s efforts to rewrite birthright citizenship on Wednesday.

Question is how, and what will be the consequences of that until the other parties are on an equal footing.

It's really great to hear they're not cutting cancer research, cause those chemtrails are seriously carcinogenic. 😬
