Wasn't this ban more about protecting news sources, from having their content shared without compensation?

Cheers to the saps, that bought his everyman schtick. The rest of us could tell that he was only in this for personal gain the first time around. Then he expanded the tent for the other Billionaires to get in on the grift.

Thanks for the reminder, I had been meaning to do that and just did.

Is his reluctance to get security clearance, a Trump taxes thing, or does he legitimately have a concern about what may come out?

Funny, I got two voter cards and when I mentioned it to the election official, she looked me up and said that I would have been able to vote twice. I was on the roll twice with two different middle names.

What has changed? I recall a few years ago when there was excessive snow, that they removed snowbanks from downtown within 2-3 days. I'm on Ottawa st. S. and the bobcats cleared a full bus length in front of my house last night.

We have always put Canadian products over US at the grocery store, but now it is an absolute priority. I am also in the fortunate position at my retail store, where I can suggest Canadian plumbing and flooring products to my clients everyday. Quite a few are small family business like my own.

I noticed this a few years ago, when our local mom and pop vet clinic, increased their prices noticeably. The rates were similar to other clinics in the area, so we just had to pay it.

My trip to Vegas in February is now a Punta Cana vacation. The store I run is also going to promote Canadian brands over US brands, starting immediately.

I got the boot near the end of Dec. Someone got hold of my Insta and posted something that they didn't care for. Now my personal FB and IG are gone, and multiple appeals later, no reply. Funny though that my business IG and FB are still up. Must have something to do with my monthly ad spend.

Wow ok. It is a church now, but I didn't know it's history.

That's a remarkable relic right there. I'm going to share it with Steve.

Definitely was. The Sherman Playhouse, which was a porn palace for years, was turned into a rep theatre, along with Westdale. We frequent both and my daughter went to the Rocky Horror night last year, so the tradition continues.

I think I may have been there for one of those trips at the Broadway. Blue Velvet too.

My sympathy for your loss. Our boy Ayce passed last summer from neurological complications of diabetes, that he had for 4 years.

The US has been pillaging Canadian resources and taking over our factories for years. Not exactly sure how they are being harmed.

Back in '85, I saw them play in support of this album at Teasers in Hamilton. What a bonkers show. The club had a low pipe running above the stage that Chi made good use of the entire show.

This site has given me a cause for optimism, and I appreciate your words here, as I did in the other place.
