Sooo glad you highlighted the letter yesterday. I sent it to my 87-year-old dad is a former NIH scientist and emeritus chair of medicine, discovered viruses, published in JAMA etc. He proudly added his name and distributed the letter to other colleagues.

It also made great sense for her to wait and release the slate of five rankings all at once…since the primary goal is to block Cuomo. It would have been impossible and even irresponsible to come up with a good strategic ranking earlier than this.
