Since pee contains salts and other stuff, it lowers the capacity.
Also, as capacity goes up, the wicking goes down normally also lol

Bare in mind though, your refunds and returns policy needs updating, under UK and most EU laws it's mandatory to accept returns after 14 days, and to offer refunds, even if you're registered in the UK 👀
