One of my favourite tech avenues of late 80s and early 90s Japanese PCs is stuff that had a PC Engine built into it. The PC-KD863G is a fine example of the PC Engine-in-things: a standalone 15" monitor with a PCE built in that could be used as is for a super-sharp RGB image or with a Japanese PC.

En décembre 1989, une société du nom de NOLPA commercialisait des PC Commodore accompagnés d'un pack de disquettes de logiciels français, dont beaucoup de jeux. Nous avions récupéré le contenu de ces disquettes il y a quelques années, ce qui nous avait permis de sauvegarder pas mal de raretés. 💾
