Are you saying you are going to vote for the "bad" bill, so the "worse" bill won't pass? Is that your genius plan?

I'm so glad you're all nice and safe. It'd be nice if the House and the Senate bent over backwards a bit to help us; we, the people, being attacked by the regime's thugs on the streets of our cities and towns.

I don't know what your definition of "violence" is, but this was told to me by a Postal Inspector when the phrase "going postal" was popular. Violence: Unjust or unwarranted exertion of force or power.

The major media outlets are like cows automatically going to their milking stations every morning to be fed and milked. All of their "reporting" must comply with regime standards. Plain, vanilla reportage, purposed for marketing a product - in this case, authoritarianism.

That sounds like a good way to get beaten by both the magadoons and the police. You might have noticed the members of those groups are almost interchangeable.

Violence: unjust or unwarranted exertion of force or power.
Maybe someone should tell the police, I.C.E., the National Guard, and the military that there's no place for violence.

Treating the Guard troops poorly is intentional. Making them unhappy to blame the protestors for their situation so that they will act more brutally. It's a classic blaming the victim tactic, and it almost always works.
