C J Egan Riley has chosen Marseille- some key figures going especially if Trafford goes to Newcastle #lufc

It was good to get some insight into how it’s working behind the scenes- definitely feel that it’s a much more professional and organised organisation since the 49ers take over- gives some hope for giving survival a chance #lufc

I did particularly like that bit of the article, the openness and honesty in that process about expectations for the player makes you feel like it keeps squad harmony positive which is essential when bringing in a few new signings

That was the first time I’d ever seen my dad (well into his 70’s) film something in Elland Road on his phone - he still refers to it as one of most memorable nights and watches it back from about 70mins on YouTube a lot. Most teams never win trophies so moments really matter &that was a moment #lufc

🤣 I just don’t want a promoted club as it would feel like we hadn’t left the championship but totally agree let’s get a win on the board as early as possible and give us all some hope of staying up 💪 #lufc

Cooper is a great shout, loves Leeds too. Mateusz Klich would be an interesting listen!!

Liverpool have a great habit of getting a newly promoted team on the first couple of fixtures. Personally I’d like one of the big boys at Elland Road. Leeds v Chelsea would do me #lufc

If Tony was on holiday which other ex-Leeds player would you like to have on co-coms with you?

Realised a few years back that I’m not a football fan at all- I’m a Leeds fan. Hardly ever watch anything apart from Leeds, it is all so dull. Even England I only really enjoyed when Calvin played 😂

🤣 He’s doing a lot better than @leedsunited.com though!! #lufc thanks @berencross.bsky.social for sticking with @bsky.app it’s the only way it’ll grow!

Definitely agree, if we started the season relying on him we’d be struggling. He’s probably a big win on FFP which is why I think sales would be given serious consideration. Like you I think a loan would be my preference but a positive U21 Euros could bring suitors #lufc

Half the time I love that, the other half I hate it 😂

Just doesn’t feel a good enough signing. That said I think it’s a lazy rumour linking ex players and managers, with the 49ers playing cards so close to their chest it creates a vacuum for easy links like this one with a lack of actual knowledge of who they are talking to #lufc

I was just thinking exactly this- it was a big moment for him- score that and I think his season pans out differently. I would be loathed to sell this summer even for good money, a loan to build his confidence and experience would be better.Suspect if we get a decent offer he’ll be sold though #lufc

It’s incredibly lazy on #lufc ‘s part, it’s not difficult to duplicate media. On here they will get much more genuine reactions and interactions 🤷‍♂️

Bielsa would have loved his tenacity and work rate but agreed he would have had him running laps at Thorp Arch

He definitely has a touch of the Cellinos about him #lufc

I think next year’s Championship looks like a tricky one to get out of, with the relegated teams plus whoever doesn’t get out the playoffs, milwall, Bristol on the up, new managers at West Brom and Norwich plus big spending Birmingham and Wrexham up- glad it’s none of our concern 🤣 #lufc

Coventry yes frank no 🤣 #lufc

I had this discussion / disagreement with a Burnley fan the other week that we were a better goalie away from being the best defence. Not a Mellier hater at all but sadly that was the difference. We were even playing our left back at false 9 and still had an awesome defence #lufc

They had all their live corespondents at Burnley on the last day desperate for them to pip us. They love milking Leeds but hate us it’s an odd relationship
comment in response to post
That is unbelievable in such a big game. The hunger for Leeds tickets isn’t reflective of the championship on the whole, my mates could practically decide on the day to wander down to watch Coventry and get a ticket there, even when they were on their great run of results #lufc

Sky sports have been very clear time and time again what a tactical genius Lampard is so Wilder would need to be on his guard 😂

I know Farke would have liked signings in Jan (many of us did) but signing average championship squad fill would not have helped and definitely have made recruitment harder this summer with budget. They would prob say the end justifies the means (if they go up). Glad our gamble paid off as was risky

I do think that Sunderland would give them a good challenge if they can rediscover their form from earlier in the season. Glad to be out of the Championship next year think it could be a very strong top half #lufc

The rightful team is definitely Sheff Utd to go up on balance of the season just would have been nice to see a bit more of a challenge over the two legs. Tomorrow prob a bit more interesting

This is an awesome story. Love how it is never about him and how respectful to Farke and the current team he is #lufc

They have really got off the hook with such a weak bottom three this year, such a shame they could have been sucked down and I don’t think they’d have bounced back easily #lufc

They have really been let off the hook by a very weak bottom three- such a shame, another season they could have been sucked down the plug hole.

That’s what I needed- thank you 👍

Probably because they couldn’t rearrange the parade to 12.30 on a Saturday they were in a sulk 😂 #lufc

I think they wanted someone who smiled if they won an EFL award and so gave the Fire Beast a swerve 🤣 #lufc
