Yesterday I didn't realize how bad the heat and humidity was affecting me until I was so dizzy I almost passed out, then my migraine also escalated til I was puking.
Please, don't overdo it when possible. Slow down. Breathe. Cool off as much as possible. Rest.

I was like WOW THAT'S A BIG... YEAH. But then was like wait, that's not a dainty downy. Downy woodpeckers are smaller and have smaller beaks.
Top is the hairy, bottom is a downy. You can see the size difference. The hairy was almost the size of the whole suet cage.
