I think that's true for Rian Johnson and the Last Jedi. With the Matrix I think it was more about complacency and a "will this do?" attitude. Same directors of all the Matrix movies I think.

Agreed, all The Matrix sequels stink. Hard to believe the more recent one was so poor as well.

Johnny Marr in fine form by comparison. Interview this week on a football podcast: youtu.be/ejEwIK-omq8?...

I wonder if it was always the plan to use it in the movie, or if it's incredible impact in the trailer made it necessary! Looking forward to seeing this soon.

Rage bait. Not watched QT in years.

Like a Wet Lease in aviation terms. Not something consumers ever hear of!

Farmers employ a very similar tactic actually, to protect Silage pits from aerial attack

I don't think that's good at all.

Great interview. Telefís a hAon agus a Dó turned out to be crackers after Co-Aklan. What a productive final couple of years.

Oh this isn't great, and I liked Bronski Beat and Marc Almond. Wait, Johnny remember me?? No I really don't!

Well done, great result. Good to see Edward Metcalfe with 50% of the vote.

No it's the extra wide format, didn't register with me that it was something to open and zoom in on. Cool though!

Merlin is good. Sigma too. Still miss Wiggle.

The reality is that by using AI businesses are all madly trying to create a potemkin village of authenticity with masses of AI copy *that definitionally isn't authentic*

The London Times writes that a racist scumbag supports a rapist scumbag as President of Ireland. That's where we are then?

Many great hours spent in The Trap. Refuge from the Ag Block 😁

It seems like the kind of show I would love, it looks beautiful, the core idea is great, and people I know like it. But it's just boring. Starting to wonder if it's some kind of mass delusion!

Like the Tour de Yorkshire was going to be revived by a guy called Robin Scott who bought what remained in 2022 I think. No sign of that coming back.

First episode is just brilliant. Plays great as a straight drama, then goes sharply in a crazy direction. Plenty of scope for a season two.

Ridiculous to spend so much on an undersized not fit for purpose building. It's not even that old. Retire it and purpose build.

If you use Gmail, then Google Docs is a brilliant alternative. Fewer nags, and just gets the job done.
