I'm not sure anyone could convince buyers of this. If given the choice, a buyer will choose the undamaged box.

So you're implying no crowd-funding or direct sales from publisher. I'm not sure why you want "buying from store" as the only option. Package appropriately an option?

Fulfillment is a curse. There will always be at least one customer like this.

Some board games push past the $200 mark, so yes, re-sale value these days is a thing.

I think it's established there's little democrats can do about this issue as the senate and house are under Republican control. We live in a plutocracy and that needs to be accepted. I believe the only solution is to break up the United States. It's too powerful for one person to control.

Banning guns is impossible at this point. There are too many guns. Shootings will continue.

Dems have to do this and more (legal action takes time), but ultimately, it was votes that got him in there. If we allow Trump to keep lying, and we don't call him out, then what's going to stop him?

So now if this is true " (d) identify and take appropriate action to correct past misconduct by the Federal Government related to censorship of protected speech." Then any time Musk blocks someone on Twitter/X, it is illegal.
