Unless the contracted selling price is fixed, I'd be tempted if I were the CCP to impose an export tariff on those items so that they become more expensive even if the tariff is not levied on import to the US

I spent some time on the Leander Euryalus, and watched Galatea meet her fate in a SINKEX from Intrepid's bridge. I really liked the Leanders, but don't know much about their predecessors.
