I’m kinda wondering if that is a bot.

Hey, C, ask her about Nicholas Cage movies. 😂

I'd love to see those implemented, but street design plays a huge role and that's within the power of HRM. Getting rid of slip lanes will improve safety. I'd love to see more bike boxes, removal of right-on-red in the urban core, and scramble intersections downtown. HRM can implement good things now

Not the worst, but these are the people who voted to revisit the Morris St project.

After today I want to buy White and Austin a drink.

He has learned nothing.

Have any councillors requested a staff report on the effects on road congestion if HRM allowed municipal staff to work from home?

If any councillors would like to see how often drivers break the law in this city I'd gladly take them on a walking tour.

I'm disappointed so many people voted to revisit Morris St.

We certainly can in the next mayoral election.

Radiation is naturally occurring in the ground so it’s a valid treatment for cancer.

Offering up imprecatory prayers. “Confuse them, Lord, and frustrate their plans”

I've certainly had moments of being worried about being in a fender bender while driving, but the only times I've thought I might actually die is when walking or biking. Very privileged indeed.

I am in no way shape or form anti car lane or anti driver. I’m actually quite the opposite. I want planning done responsibly where all modes of transportation can co exist and thrive together. So it's only reasonable we put a pause on all road work.

I’d like to reply but I’ve been making a drinking game out of “sober second thought” and now I’m dead.

My blood pressure is going up every time she speaks to this motion. She keeps speaking about the Brunswick St slip lane, but how much of that decision is about pedestrian safety rather than bike lane usage.

Really appreciated Hartling's comments. Having a councillor from outside the core giving time and understanding to issues in the core is a surprising treat.

I'm always amazed when someone shows this kind of level of commitment to ignorance.

Really enjoying Councillor Kent.

Yes, that is my position: -bicycles good -mayor bad

From what I listened to it sounded like Hartling wanted to go into the debate with an open mind, but seemed to be leaning no. Mentioned that delaying would likely only increase costs.

If I was watching a dystopian movie and a group of people summoned driverless taxis just to light them on fire I would absolutely be chuckling at the ridiculousness of that dystopia.

Ok, but now I kinda want to eat Caesar salad and watch Bluey. 😂

I did not. This is the basement layout of guy in one of the other clubs around here. He invites my club and others for operating sessions about once a month. Today there were seven of us running trains for about three hours.
