I watched it on TNT and they were going on and on about Arsenal was sloppy at the beginning of the second half. As if, that justifies the penalty.

This was so much better. We need a Jesus type forward coming centrally. We hardly get inside the box. A tricky forward would get us some penalties. Martnelli needs to be binned and upgraded upon.

For me part of the issue is
even full fit we have had games where we haven’t scored . 8 in all comps (before injuries) and 5 last season.
We have no creativity in this team and I haven’t heard any links to any creative players for next season as well.

I have no confidence in us ever coming back with the way we are setup. Injuries or no. We play so defensive. Unless arteta changes track(hard to see) we will have these results next season too.

The club had a chance to rectify it in January. They did nothing. This is on top of Sterling as an emergency option on the last day. We need a backup for Raya, Ode, Saka plus a striker,+partey, jorgi may leave. I cannot see this happening in one window. We will be short next season. Rinse & Repeat.

#arsecastextra I saw an old pep interview where he makes a passionate plea against the wide progression idea. No other successful team does it but arteta seems wedded to the idea. Do you think unless we attack and progress the ball centrally, a striker won’t solve our problem.

Arteta has no plans for the left side. The left has not been functioning since xhaka left. We don’t play at all in central areas . It’s all right side and that makes it so easy to defend.
