8 years ago, I developed crippling tendinitis in my right wrist and elbow due to excessive drawing and minimal rest/sleep. After multiple doctor visits and "nothing being wrong", I finally got one who advised me to lift weights. Within weeks, pain gone. Now, I have a passion for art AND fitness.
