It does make some sense what they’re doing—mind you, I don’t agree. A person needs to be legal to have a license, particularly given the requirements of Real ID…if not, then how “Real” is it?

“In 2018, a man used a van to kill 10 pedestrians in Toronto. Eight women and two men died. Alek Minassian, who was found guilty, told police that he belonged to an online community of sexually frustrated men, some of whom have plotted attacks on people who have sex.”
Perhaps otherwise frustrated..

You assume occupation means terraforming; it does not automatically follow, though it might.

I mean…you could look at it that way…but, that kind of fosters prejudice, doesn’t it…?

I don’t just pick products based on politics; I will primarily choose based on functionality and need. But, I do agree that I feel user data is safer in Apple’s hands.
I have a Tesla…but, I bought it before Musk shoved his nose in politics…but, I am betting you’re the kind that would key it…

To be fair, elections were supposed to be last year; the democratic process has been suspended in Ukraine.

No, Musk said that. Trump signed off on it. At least be complete and honest. That doesn’t make it any better, but at least we can make history honest.

Because the way this will probably go is that the back door will be universal, not just applicable to the UK, affecting the security of us all.

It's not a trend that is headed that way--that's how it's been for 40+ years, both sides...at least in the US.

Liberal governments won’t, either. Treatment options were abound before Reagan—hasn’t been recovered since despite the back and forth of power over the decades.

COVID taught us we don't need theaters. *They* need theaters...that's why, these days, I mostly just wait for streaming/disc releases for most things.

Actually, this is what the text says (dwarf.ly/Am)
"These health burdens have continued to increase..."
"This poses a dire threat..."
It's not the *people* that pose a dire threat, it's the *disorders*.
I don't like Trump, either, but I do wish you could be a little more honest in your argument.

I would have to see metrics supporting that to even begin to consider subscribing to such an assertion.

It's more apples than Civil War, as the previous post complained that the latter contained more stars and, thus, was apparently expected to haul in more. To be fair, it was Avengers 1.5. I don't care who stars in it; I care about a substantive story. Will probably view it when it streams.

If we look at it more apples-to-apples, then, Captain America: The Winter Soldier snagged $127M (2025 $) in 2014. Still slowing.

Looks like the MCU is slowing; Captain America: Civil War opened at $179 million 9 years ago.

It would be interesting to see some actual metrics on this. It’s always easy to make generalities on behalf of people…but, in the end, I know what to do if I need to—regardless of what billionaires and unions say.
