Ive just watched (twice as im not that smart) and hour long Speech by Jeffrey Sachs at EU, Times Now on Utube. 1 thing i agree with is every country has failed to have Proper Diplomats. Hes pro Ukraine, an jad very intetesting facts regarding Russia dating back to 1991 when he was there.
