I think Tonia's images are stolen rather than generated. I'm no expert on scammers but I've been spending a lot of time making AI or real photo quizzes so my eye is honed right now. Here are the reasons I think the person is real:

They’re training on ALL our posts, but folks don’t say “stop posting! It’s being used for A I”
They only say it about alt text,
which means they don’t want to fulfill people’s disability needs, and use A I as an excuse
