We’ve had this strawberry plant for ~5 years. I swore it was dead this winter. 10 tiny live leaves, and hadn’t produced more than a few berries since its first year. I gave it some compost and berry food and now it’s exploding. I’m also glad I got a netting cover, considering last night’s visitor.
