Wait what is the x-axis here? If it’s official credit rating, then it’s wrong for the USA at least. If it’s imputed credit rating then you’re using the chart to imply as a conclusion something that is built into the chart as an assumption.

I do think Berlin (at least central) is an exception. While I do all those things in German just fine, I also see Americans and Brits living here quite happily in an English speaking bubble. It’s not optimal long term as you don’t make local friends the same or integrate into society and that rubs
