I point it out to make a far wider point about creativity, but since people don't care about the wide (eh, they won't (and shouldn't) care my about my smol), maybe they can think for a moment of their anything shared too, and how everything they share is now stolen and wrecked.

“Leftists are difficult.” Yeah having principles and not being willing to sacrifice human beings to the machine is super inconvenient.

The teeensy personal tragedy w/ GenAIs and their theft etc is that one of my favourite things is to play w/ the voice I've been training for decades. Much like my written expression, now sharing anything online is inviting it to be copied/wrecked/misused. The muzzling of expression continues apace.

But, um, i believe The Emperor's wearing clothes...(for real).

I read "protester" and was briefly very confused :P

I've begun to emotionally equate literally every software update with "your device will now be slightly incrementally more annoying".

Yay!!! youtu.be/ewKuhclROA0?...

It is going to get very warm today at the museum, so we politely request visitors do not attempt to keep cool by rolling around in the mud in the garden like pigs. Or, if you're going to do this, please at least consider bringing a change of clothes.

The Internet Archive has rolled out an extremely effective new tool for searching for old Geocities GIFs. I'd apologize for what I'm about to do to this website as a result, but that would be a lie, because I won't feel sorry at all gifcities.org

Am NOT gonna show it to my ChaosBeastie 😂

This is Whiskey. She knows people pay good money for mud baths. Found this one for free! 13/10 very resourceful my friend (TT: ivycaponi)

The Regulatory Standards Bill would lock in a narrow, libertarian view of “good legislation”, sidelining public health, environmental protection & Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Submissions close 23 June. #StopRSB www.phcc.org.nz/briefing/reg...

Thoughtful :) "Bergen’s pneumatic waste system has moved so slowly because officials are timing construction to coincide with an extension of the city’s tram line and regular maintenance on buried power lines, sewers and water pipes — some of which are made of wood and date to the 19th century."

A fantastic tool for anyone wanting to make a submission to the Regulatory Standards Bill: melanienelson.substack.com/p/new-sector...

"Describe a favorite movie in the most misleading way possible." A rambunctious ship's stowaway plays hide-and-seek with the exasperated crew.
