Welcome to the RFK Jr public health era.

Yes. Imagine if Harvard said “We’ll keep our Boston campus, but because Trump Republicans want to make it impossible to have free thought in America, we are exploring a new campus in Toronto.” It would be a power move that would put MAGA on their heels.

Book burning in the digital age.

Yes--Germany invented the modern university. In the 1930s its universities were the best in the world until the Nazis destroyed them. German universities have never recovered their preeminence. We risk repeating this history here in the US.

See you there?

"First they came for the communists and I did not speak out because I was not a communist..."

The Chinese government is his most important business partner.

Hard to fathom that this is America

Someone made a Wiley E. Coyote style painted wall to see if Tesla’s autopilot would detect it and well…

Don't believe me, believe them www.washingtonpost.com/world/2025/0...

You can either support the United States of America and our democracy, or you can support trump. You cannot do both.

The bill they passed did not include no tax on tips or no tax on overtime. It did include a multi-trillion windfall for billionaires. They’re just straight up lying to you and hoping you don’t notice.

All my life I have studied democratization and autocratization. My 1st field trip was to newly democratic Argentina. I then added autocracies to my portfolio: Cuba, Ven, etc. I think I can recognize the stages of transition to authoritarianism. Here are the boxes Trump has already checked off.

the richest man in the world decided that you don't deserve safe drinking water

They could stream on YouTube every evening at the same time. People would know that there was a daily recap and tune in when they could.

“We must especially beware of that small group of selfish men who would clip the wings of the American eagle in order to feather their own nests,” President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, January 6, 1941

DOJ leadership has put all Public Integrity Section lawyers into a room with 1 hour to decide who will dismiss Adams indictment or else all will be fired. Sending them strength to stand by their oath, which is to support the Constitution, not the president’s political agenda. 🇺🇸

Folks: I am NOT affiliated with the group that is using my name to support an economic boycott. Please spread this post, if you would.

Thank goodness for the American Medical Association. Here is their YouTube page. Please share far and wide. Right now bird flu is spreading throughout our country and most people have no clue. I think it's worth repeating plainly that a federal judge halted Musk's federal funding freeze nearly two weeks ago but funds are still very much being frozen in violation of the court order.

These numbers are insane — 54 percent of Americans see a constitutional crisis. 19 percent are unsure. Only 27 percent disagree. 🤯 Look, folks, if you hang out on Xitter you’ll think the world loves Elon Musk. The real people in our country are very worried.

Eight years ago, the go-to reporting was coming from Teen Vogue. This time it’s Wired.

I'm sorry, but anyone who feels betrayed by Trump just wasn't paying attention

My first and definitely last time working with the Los Angeles Times. Editing out the most urgent point of an OpEd in the minutes before sending to press while then also assigning a title and image that suggest an argument entirely opposite to the author’s clear intent is pretty shitty.

MapQuest is NOT renaming the Gulf of Mexico. Our maps are like grandma's Thanksgiving recipes — once they're printed, they're not changing. The Gulf of Mexico stays put on MapQuest.

Former Secretary of Transportation--who was not on The Real World or Road Rules--weighs in on the President's efforts to blame the fatal air traffic accident on DEI.

This truly is the dumbest timeline

New rule: If you're OK with Trump's cabinet picks, you're never allowed to bring up meritocracy again. Ever.

If you're struggling financially due to government fuckery or for any reason really and you need infant formula talk to your pediatrician we can hook you up and don't like to ask questions.

Media: more like this, please!

🚨OpEd+data: Meta is out of step with public opinion🚨 Zuck cut moderation b/c he said people no longer want it. But he's wrong! We polled 1k Americans and most people, including majority of Reps: i) want content moderation ii) don't want Community Notes w/o fact-checkers thehill.com/opinion/tech...
