From what I have seen if them in use, necropsy is more common for animals, autopsy for humans. But they seem to have always overlapped. Both coined in the 1st half of the 19th c.

If all the states get from the federal govt are threats, demands, and faceless terrorist thugs, all the states, or at least the blues ones, should simply declare that they will no longer pay taxes to the federal govt. Preempt the feds. Take it to them.

As you may know, Oliver Cromwell has not been well liked in Ireland for about 4 centuries now. Years ago I was dating a girl and discovered she was his descendant. I felt I had betrayed all my Irish ancestors. Even my mother gave me a dirty look.
