Jake Tapper's TV show ratings are tanking and his book isn't selling, proving that peddling irrelevant BS during a time of an actual national crisis isn't a winning formula.

SpaceX supposedly enforces a zero-tolerance policy for drug use due to federal contract obligations with NASA and other agencies, which impacts security clearances and typically leads to termination. Why SpaceX’s board ok with this?

WATCH - @jessicatarlov.bsky.social on Fox: “If that was a Democratic dogemaster who showed up with a shiner and there was a report he did so much Ketamine he couldn’t pee straight… you would be leading your show with it.”

PSA: One of those anecdotal data points that might be useful to know—more than a quarter of my mom's ward at her nursing home has contracted Covid in the last 10 days or so.

Dear Members of the Press. P0TUS bragging that his tariffs are "already" bringing TRILLIONS of $$ into the US. Beyond the fact that it's not true, will you please ask him, "If that's so, then there's no need to even discuss cutting social services, medicine, education, air safety, etc etc. Right?"

Inspired by those keeping traditions and sparking a revival on Argyle Street. In honor of AAPI Heritage Month, I stopped by to see how this main street is staying a backbone of the community. Under my administration, we're ensuring every Illinoisan has what they need to thrive.

Thou shalt not tie up children in zip ties and then deport them, for that maketh thou a MONSTER. A MONSTER! THE PEOPLE DOING ZIPTYING CHILDREN ARE MONSTERS!

What infuriates me so much about this new operation is that it is literally punishing people for following the rules and showing up to their court hearings. It is so toxic to the basic concept of following the rules. It is an operation designed by people who hate the concept of the rule of law.

The entire point.

This was such a thing of beauty.

So very true!

🚨NEWS: The new top voting lawyer at the Department of Justice was until recently an attorney and activist for a leading anti-voting legal group that has worked for years to spread fear about illegal voting and press election officials to tighten voting rules. www.democracydocket.com/news-alerts/...

headline construction masterclass

They pretend that the USA was founded as a Christian nation. Then they pretend and insist they’re Christians. Then they govern like the motherfucking antichrist.

Not sure if democracy remains on the docket? My law firm is litigating 53 voting and election cases in 22 states. ⚖️🗳️ When we fight, we win.💪

MUST WATCH: ICE kidnapped a disabled American citizen. Her name is Alma Bowman. Born in the Philippines while her dad served in the U.S. Navy. She’s lived here 48 years. They crashed her wheelchair, denied meds, cut her off from her lawyer—and jailed her. She. Is. A. Citizen.

The reality that masked men without proper identification are confronting and arresting and taking away people should be intolerable to anyone who calls themselves American.

Dan Bongino has a nice cry on Fox & Friends: "I gave up everything for this. I mean, my wife is struggling... I stare at these 4 walls all day in DC, you know, by myself, divorced from my wife. Not divorced, but I mean, separated. And it's hard." (Note that Brian Kilmeade has to encourage him lol)

If you know anything about RFK Jr the fact that he falsified the MAHA report should not surprise you in the least.

Canada welcomes the U.S. Court of International Trade’s decision on the United States’ tariffs. It confirmed what we’ve always held: that the American tariffs against Canadian goods are unlawful and unjustified.

Here’s the thing, if they are picking up folks working in the country illegally, I’m going to need to see some white guys also being arrested for employing people working illegally in the country. Otherwise, it’s just racism.

“I’m a transgender service member and today was my last day in uniform. After 11 years, eight months and 1 day I’m taking the uniform off for good. I will always be yours bc this rank, these skills, this name will always be me.” ~Technical Sargent Altesse Aurum #TransInMilitary 🫡 🏳️‍⚧️ @altessaurum

There's a stunning provision tucked into the budget bill that would limit courts' ability to enforce contempt orders, and therefore to uphold the rule of law. This deserves real alarm. If the Senate values the separation of powers, it must remove the provision.

If they are actually going to enforce deportations in FL at job sites then the construction industry in FL will grind to a halt. Until they can replace those employees with US-born workers willing to work outside in the summer in 100 degree heat & humidity. Should be no problem.

The updated total is that TACO Trump has now pardoned NINE former Republican members of Congress convicted of crimes.

And btw, the problem right now isn’t activist, unrestrained judges exceeding their constitutional authority. Not at all. The problem is an activist, unrestrained President exceeding his constitutional authority.

Why is the US Govt continuing to interfere in the domestic politics and elections of our allies, and why is the Homeland Security Secretary on a lengthy world tour?

CBS reporter Scott Pelley: This is a warning that I fear many will look back on in five or six years and think “he was so right”. If you haven’t already shared this, please do.

Her stats line up with CDC data…

NPR is suing Trump. Why? Because he slashed their funding just for doing their job—which is political retaliation. He’s trying to silence public media because they don’t bow down to his ego. News flash: the First Amendment doesn’t disappear just because you don’t like the coverage, Donnie.

Today the Supreme Court cleared the way for the federal government to transfer thousands of acres of national forestland including a Native American sacred site, to Resolution Copper a mining company owned by Rio Tinto and BHP. The land holds deep spiritual significance for the Western Apache tribe.

ok I feel completely insane asking this but like weren't we NOT blowing up rockets, like, 50 years ago. weren't we successfully sending rockets up that did not rattle apart. also weren't we like "ah yeah that was a fail" when the rocket fell apart instead of calling it a "partial success"

This is an entirely valid concern. I have been eyeing all of my repositories and thinking about where the servers are physically located and where the organizations operating them are. I'm looking into some contingencies.
