How many more laws is @mayor.lacity.gov willing to blatantly disregard to pretend she isn't in gross violation of California's laws against aiding ICE? LAPD is unlawfully conducting civil immigration enforcement at her explicit direction. By law the Guard should be subduing LAPD, not protesters.

I honestly don't know why people are worried about the "optics" of these protests. The videos are of a whole community deciding to get in the way of unjust and unlawful kidnappings by showing up en masse and throwing an awesome block party, and the feds just firing unprovoked into them repeatedly.
