*Now* the Lynx have winter hats! All winter I tried to get one - nuttin'. I just looked at the summer hats though. Sky looks pretty good; I wish they'd fix their team. ;-)

At this rate I will have to get a non-Aces hat for the summer. Gonna check out Lynx, unless Portland comes up with some merch soon.

I'd settle for the media just not putting Republicans on camera. Let them *buy* media for their campaign.

Yeah. What took them so long?

It's a good thing I don't work for ABC because I'm gonna call the president Bashar al-Trump.

Put a camera on any Republican; you will see/hear a full-throated endorsement of the regime's cruel agenda and a condemnation of Democrats as criminals who must be prosecuted, or even tarred and feathered. Trump has sent troops to what should be a policy debate. 3/3

This time is different. The Trump regime is portraying peaceful protesters as violent criminals and multi-cultural cities as war zones that must be pacified by masked soldiers with crowd control munitions. The dogs and fire hoses are gone - for the moment. 2/3

They have no fear of that as long as they have crowd control munitions.

Speaker Johnson has Hegseth's back, so there won't be an impeachment. IMHO a motion to vacate is long overdue; a man who calls for the Governor of California to be tarred and feathered is not fit to be Speaker of the House, second in line of succession to the Presidency. 2/2

This may sound strange, but I was a computer programmer for a living for decades, and it still gives me joy now that I'm retired.

Every state could have its own money, its own army, ... Hell, we already have our own flags - ours has a beaver on it!

I don't know about your district, but if Speaker Johnson said that about Oregon Governor Kotek - about *any* Oregonian - I would suggest to @repbonamici.bsky.social that she join with other members of the House to file a motion to vacate. We, the People, expect those in power to be civil! 2/2

@sarajacobs.house.govI think we have our answer. Speaker Johnson said today that Governor Newsom should be "tarred and feathered." That is frankly disgusting to hear from the person who is third in the line of succession to the presidency. And it's good to know where he stands. 1/2

Yikes! The last thing we need is the DEA storm troopers joining in the fray! Leave your weed at home, people!!

They are, however, in charge of our country, they are heavily armed and extremely angry.
