At least someone from Labour came to talk about abuse which is more than the effing Tories ever did.

When will this Labour government do the right thing and stop vote chasing, it's become a pathetic embarrassment

. It feels like a government terrified of right-wing headlines, desperate to look "responsible" to people who would never vote for them anyway. You don’t get elected on "change" and then keep starving the same children your predecessors did. This isn't fiscal restraint. It's moral surrender.

The idea that Farage suddenly cares about poor children is frankly laughable. Band wagon jumping is his only contribution to serious politics.

Stand by for billionaire owners of daily rags getting their pants in a twist about higher taxes when they don't pay any!

The Brexiters used and cheated fishers. But a government has to weigh up winners and losers when fishing contributes just 0.03% to UK GDP and 10,000 jobs. Now set that against the 2.5% of GDP we spend on defence with 164,000 jobs, as the pathway opens up for British defence industries.

Lord Rose and his rich Tory mates knew that brexit was not beneficial to UK at the time but didn’t utter a word against it. Too little too late!

Economic migrants will get sent back anyway if they're not entitled to be here. It shouldn't be either or, all people that need to should be housed. We not a poor third world country, the political will should be there. Let's hope Labour does better than the useless tories

Reform got constant free publicity at the expense of greens and Lib Dems thanks to right wing media, that helped increase the vote. When they realise reform councillors aren’t in a position to get rid of immigrants it’ll be all over for them

Labour have over 6.000 local council seats leading all the other parties. Reform have just over 600. Many Labour voters didn’t turn out because of welfare cuts.

For those who have said they will no longer vote Labour, the winter fuel allowance, cost of living and a lack of public service improvement are the top reasons. Immigration is chosen by just 18% of switchers. Only about 1% cite policies on the environment or net zero, way down the priority list.

It's like someone said to George Best sitting in bed with lovely female and a bottle of champagne, where did it all go wrong George?

You’ll have a hard job fighting rampant capitalism, it’ll always have the upper hand. You can only try to tame it a bit

They make him a Sir but it doesn't solve the problem, what's the point.
