I write books. I sometimes finish them, but I write them all the same. If my writing has conservative fans, I’m not doing it right.

I guess this is the kind of thing that happens when shows change channels or time slot. I’m long past knowing what channel or time anything is on, it just downloads eventually.

Because it’s annoying. Just like trees absorb energy from the sunlight, cats absorb energy from something being annoying.

…and then they research the results they found, right? They didn’t just go off of the results of an LLM, right?

I prefer to get my new avatars by reading how a young monk reacts to a small collection of relics.

For a guy that (claims to) hate religion, he sure loves their playbook. Deathbed confessions are a goddamn sector of apologetics.
Won’t be long until he starts calling women ‘Jezebel spirits.’

You are the only person I have ever heard even acknowledge that shows existence. It was a modern interpretation of the King David story, and Sebastian Stan was David’s boyfriend. I think.

But I’m not saying atheism is a religion, and while atheists en masse don’t treat it as one, some do.
That’s what the entire ‘new atheist’ movement is.

Ironically, the people loudest about atheism not being a religion are now treating it as one, using it as an excuse to hate people--which seems to be why conservatism exists.

As someone who left the church online (while escaping 'new atheism'), the issue of transhumanism (et al.) seem to all boil down to conservatism. Voices like Dawkins drifted conservatives over their shared hatred for some people, and the rest of us were left worrying about human rights.

As a fellow Vancouverite, most of my Tim’s consumption was in university. Most of the rest of it was me coming home at midnight looking for a place to shit, but my local Tim’s isn’t 24/7 anymore.

But is it? It’s general intelligence versus about as specific an intelligence as it gets.
And Atari is based in Silicon Valley. This doesn’t work in the slightest.
