I get it, I would just think it’s going to screw enough republicans and men that they would have ways to be able to vote…just lots of hoops to jump through. Also curious if my hyphenated last name screws me or not. My birth name just has my husband’s name tacked on the end.

Sen. Sanders, most popular U.S. politician, introduces bills with little chance of passing all the time (very popular bills among constituents, not politicians). Hoping they are using this tool to recruit more average Americans to get involved locally. They need to form a coalition bigger than just Bernie and AOC. Bernie is a mentor. They should simultaneously be using this moment to draft and campaign on our project 2028.

Agree! Bernie is drawing crowds and sharing the stage with people Shawn Fain. He should be using this moment to act as mentor/bridge builder and help create a new party (or at least reshape the Democratic Party). I’ve been waiting for AOC (or anyone else) to join the cause.
