We can confirm that barely 100 days in, the NIH and NCI we have dedicated our civil service careers to is barely a shell of itself. Our institutes are now like phyllo dough — thin, flaky, brittle, and we’re about to shatter at any moment in careless hands beyond repair.

NIAID hiring through contractors after HHS RIF’ing FTEs clearly shows what is happening throughout the executive branch is illegal. Those are federal jobs being contracted out. In the end, it will be up to the Supreme Court most likely 🤞🏽
